This cutter turns vegetables into sticks in one motion. Place the food on top of the cutter, then press the safety hood down into the cutter's grooves to push it straight through into stick-shaped pieces. The safety hood keeps your hand clear of the blade and keeps the cut pieces from scattering.
The cutting section measures about 6.4 x 6.4 cm (2.5 x 2.5 in) with a grid of 9 mm (0.4 in) squares, and the safety hood has an inner opening of about 8 x 9 cm (3.1 x 3.5 in). The cutter weighs 230 g (8.1 oz).
