Shimomura Furuvegi Potato Stick Cutter FV-635

The Furuvegi Potato Stick Cutter is a task-specific kitchen tool from Shimomura Kogyo's Furuvegi line, made to turn a raw potato into stick-cut pieces for frying or cooking.

Place a potato on the cutter and press down to produce sticks about 1 cm (0.4 in) thick, giving you hearty, fries-style potato sticks. Turn the cut sticks on their side and pass them through the cutter again to dice them, which works well for dishes like minestrone or chopped salad.

The pusher and cutter frame lift out for easy rinsing, so cleanup after use is quick.
