Toyo-Sasaki Glass Fino Tumbler 315ml

The Fino Tumbler is a thin-walled, tempered glass designed to combine thinness and light weight with added strength. It uses full-surface ion-strengthening, which makes the glass more resistant to scratching. The thin rim gives a pleasant feel against the lips, and the glass is designed to stack neatly with others in the set.

Because the glass is ion-strengthened across its full surface, it breaks in the same way as ordinary glass rather than shattering suddenly, unlike glass that is only physically tempered. This tumbler received a Good Design Award.

It measures 8.2 x 8.2 x 7.5 cm (3.2 x 3.2 x 3 in), holds about 315 ml (10.6 fl oz), and weighs 120 g (4.2 oz). It is dishwasher safe, suitable for both commercial and home use, and made in Japan.
