The Fino tumbler is a thin-blown glass designed to be thin and light while still being strong, thanks to an ion-strengthening treatment across its entire surface that also makes it more resistant to scratches.
Because the glass is thin, cold drinks poured into it tend to taste even better. It is safe to use in a dishwasher, though as with any glass it should be handled with care, and since it is not heat-resistant glass, it should not be used in a microwave.
The tumbler measures about 9.3 x 8.6 x 8.6 cm (3.7 x 3.4 x 3.4 in) and holds 385 ml (13 fl oz), weighing 105 g (3.7 oz). Made in Japan from soda lime glass (fine clear).
