Toyo-Sasaki Glass Wagokoro Pair Free Glass Double Line & Checkered

Wagokoro is a gift series built around the idea of passing a heartfelt present from person to person. The glasses use a simple, everyday free-glass shape decorated with traditional Japanese motifs: a circle pattern associated with good fortune, and a checkered pattern that represents prosperity and growth. The clear glass is combined with a partial frosted finish, applied by hand, so the frosted areas and their exact placement can vary slightly from piece to piece.

This pair set includes one glass in each pattern and comes in a dedicated gift box, suitable for a small present. Each glass holds 285 ml (9.6 fl oz) and weighs 150 g (5.3 oz); as packaged, the set measures 18.9 x 11 x 9.4 cm (7.4 x 4.3 x 3.7 in) and weighs 300 g (10.6 oz). Because of the gold decoration, the glasses should not go in the dishwasher, and since they are not heat-resistant, they should not be used in the microwave. Made in Japan.
