Urushiyama Metal Fuga Frying Pan 22cm

The Fuga frying pan from Urushiyama Metal Industry is handcrafted one by one by skilled artisans in Japan and is designed for gas stoves only. This is the 22 cm (8.7 in) size, built with an aluminum-magnesium alloy body for durability, in a design the maker describes as wide, deep, and lightweight.

The interior has a PTFE Platinum Plus non-stick coating, and the handle is natural wood, chosen for a warm, comfortable grip. The pan has a rim height of about 8.7 cm (3.4 in).
