Urushiyama Stainless Steel Deep Frying Pot 20cm Induction Compatible

This stainless steel frying pot (agenabe) from Urushiyama is made in Japan for deep-frying and tempura preparation, and it works on induction (IH) cooktops as well as gas. The bottom is 1.5 mm (0.1 in) thick, which helps the pot hold heat steadily while frying.

The sides are shaped using a spinning (metal-spinning) process that keeps them thin, so the pot is lighter to handle than its sturdy base might suggest, while still being sized for home deep-frying and tempura.
