Urushiyama Stainless Steel Deep Frying Pot 22cm Induction Compatible

This stainless steel frying pot (agenabe) from Urushiyama is designed for deep-frying and tempura at home, is made in Japan, and is compatible with induction (IH) cooktops as well as gas. Its bottom measures 1.5 mm (0.1 in) thick, helping the pot retain heat evenly during frying.

The pot's sides are formed using a spinning (metal-spinning) process that keeps them thin, so it stays lighter to lift and pour from than its sturdy base would suggest.
