Wahei Freiz Agezutsumi Double-Handle Tempura Pot with Thermometer 20cm AR-7002

This tempura pot is made of iron, which holds heat well so the oil temperature stays stable for even, crisp frying results. A built-in thermometer lets you check and hold the right temperature for whatever you are frying, and a splatter guard is included for safer frying.

A pouring spout makes it easy to transfer oil in and out, and a drip tray with a draining rack is included for setting fried food down after it comes out of the oil.

This double-handle 20 cm (7.9 in) pot holds about 2.4 liters (2.5 qt) of oil and can be used on a gas stovetop or an induction (IH) cooktop.
