Wahei Freiz Ajido Cooling Rack for Rectangular Prep Tray 21-Size AD-336

This wire rack is part of Wahei Freiz's Ajido line of stainless steel kitchen tools. It is designed to sit inside the matching Ajido rectangular prep tray, lifting food above the bottom of the tray so water can drain away. It works well for draining rinsed or blanched vegetables and for draining oil from fried foods.

The rack is made of 18-8 stainless steel, which resists rust and stays sturdy with repeated use. This size measures 21 x 16.5 x 1 cm (8.3 x 6.5 x 0.4 in) and weighs 96 g (3.4 oz / 0.21 lb). The Ajido trays and racks come in several sizes, so you can match the rack to the tray you are using. Made in Japan.
