Wahei Freiz Ajido Wire Rack for Square Baking Tray Size 15 AD-334

This wire rack is part of Wahei Freiz's Ajido line of stainless steel kitchen tools. It is designed to sit inside the matching Ajido rectangular prep tray, lifting food above the bottom of the tray so water can drain away. It works well for draining rinsed or blanched vegetables and for draining oil from fried foods.

The rack is made of 18-8 stainless steel, which resists rust and stays sturdy with repeated use. This size is 12 mm (0.5 in) thick and weighs 155 g (5.5 oz / 0.34 lb). The Ajido trays and racks come in several sizes, so you can match the rack to the tray you are using. Made in Japan.
