Wahei Freiz Ajido Stainless Steel Skimmer Small AD-083

The Ajido series from Wahei Freiz is a line of kitchen tools built with quality and ease of use in mind, suited to both professional kitchens and home cooking.

This small skimmer is made for lifting foam and scum from simmered dishes and stock, helping the finished dish taste better. Its fine mesh skims efficiently, and it can also be used to scoop out tofu or other foods, including for deep frying.

The mesh is 18-8 stainless steel and the other metal parts are stainless steel, giving it good rust resistance and durability.
