This Ceranova frying pan has a ceramic non-stick coating that contains no fluorine resin, making it a lighter-impact choice for everyday cooking. Food releases easily from the surface and residue wipes away without much effort.
The non-stick coating is made with capsules of non-stick material built into the ceramic surface, so as the surface wears over time the capsules release more non-stick material to help keep the cooking surface smooth for longer than a conventional ceramic coating. It can be cleaned with a melamine sponge, as long as the sponge does not contain an abrasive.
This 20 cm (7.9 in) frying pan measures 37.5 x 21 x 8.2 cm (14.8 x 8.3 x 3.2 in) and weighs 440 g (15.5 oz / 0.97 lb). It works on both gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops.
