This Ceranova stir-fry pan has a ceramic non-stick coating that contains no fluorine resin, making it a lighter-impact choice for everyday cooking. Food releases easily from the surface and residue wipes away without much effort.
The non-stick coating is made with capsules of non-stick material built into the ceramic surface, so as the surface wears over time the capsules release more non-stick material to help keep the cooking surface smooth for longer than a conventional ceramic coating. It can be cleaned with a melamine sponge, as long as the sponge does not contain an abrasive.
This 28 cm (11 in) stir-fry pan measures 48.5 x 29.5 x 13 cm (19.1 x 11.6 x 5.1 in), weighs 850 g (30 oz / 1.87 lb), and holds about 4.1 liters (4.3 qt) to the brim. It works on both gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops.
