This two-tier steamer is part of the Chitose series, cookware designed to become a trusted part of the kitchen the more it is used.

Steaming keeps more of the nutrients in food than boiling does, so vegetables, dumplings, and other dishes come out both healthy and flavorful. The bottom pot holds plenty of water, so it is less likely to boil dry while steaming, and on its own it also works as a regular two-handled pot for soups and simmered dishes.

The stainless steel body has a brushed satin finish paired with natural wood handles and a wood lid knob for a softer look and comfortable grip.
