Wahei Freiz Chitose Saucepan with Wooden Handle 18cm CS-001

The Chitose 18 cm (7.1 in) saucepan is a simple stainless steel pot with a natural wooden handle and lid knob. Each one is given a satin finish by hand by craftsmen in Tsubame, Niigata.

The plain shape has no unnecessary ridges, so it is easy to wash, and the matte surface makes scratches less noticeable. Use it for miso soup, simmered dishes or curry on gas or induction (IH) cooktops. It holds 2.2 L (2.3 qt) when filled to the brim.

The Chitose series is made to be a sturdy tool that grows more personal with daily use, like a pot handed down through a family.
