Wahei Freiz Chitose Iron Deep Frying Pot 20cm Induction Compatible CS-015

This iron pot is designed to become easier to use over time, as its surface gradually takes on oil and resists sticking the more you cook with it. With good oil adherence, it suits frying and pan-cooking, and its sides are a little deeper than a standard frying pan so ingredients are less likely to spill over the edge.

It is made of iron with a silicone resin coating, and includes a chrome-plated draining rack for lifting fried food out of the oil. This 20 cm (7.9 in) size holds about 1.7 L (1.8 qt) of oil and works on induction (IH) cooktops. It is made in Japan.
