Wahei Freiz Chitose Iron Stepped Deep Fryer Pot with Oil Rack 24cm CS-017

This iron pot is designed to become easier to use over time, as its surface gradually takes on oil and resists sticking the more you cook with it. With good oil adherence, it suits frying and pan-cooking, and its sides are a little deeper than a standard frying pan so ingredients are less likely to spill over the edge.

It is made of iron with a silicone resin coating and has a stepped shape. It includes a chrome-plated oil rack for draining fried food. This 24 cm (9.4 in) size holds about 2.7 L (2.9 qt) and is made in Japan.
