This 18 cm (7.1 in) sauce pan keeps things simple, without bright colors or patterns on the cooking surface, for a clean look that stays out of the way while you cook. The body has a satin-finished stainless look, and the interior uses a fluororesin coating that resists sticking and can be used with metal spatulas.
The handle is a stainless steel wire design, so the pan can be hung on a hook for storage. Its compact size, with a capacity of about 1.9 liters (2 qt), makes it easy to use alongside other pots and pans without crowding the stovetop. It is suited for induction (IH) cooktops.
