Wahei Freiz Ensan 4 Piece Induction Pot Set with Removable Handle EM-031

This is a four-piece stainless steel pot set from the Tsubamesan series by Wahei Freiz, made in Japan. The series comes from Tsubame in Niigata, a town with a long metalworking history that grew into Japan's largest housewares production area.

The set includes 14 cm (5.5 in), 16 cm (6.3 in), 18 cm (7.1 in) and 20 cm (7.9 in) pots with capacities from 1.1 L (1.2 qt) to 2.8 L (3 qt), one lid that fits all four, and a removable handle. Attach the handle to move a pot, then take it off when you are done.

The plain stainless steel is durable and resists rust, with no coating to peel like a fluorine resin finish. Use the pots for simmered dishes, boiling, miso soup and stews on gas or induction (IH) cooktops. After use, the pots nest together for compact storage.
