Wahei Freiz Tsubamesan Induction Pot Set 18cm and 20cm Detachable Handle EM-029

This Tsubamesan set includes 18 cm (7.1 in) and 20 cm (7.9 in) stainless steel pots, a lid that fits both and a detachable handle. The plain stainless look is clean and simple, and with no fluorine coating there is nothing to peel. The pots are sturdy and resist rust.

Use them for simmered dishes, boiling, miso soup and stews on gas or induction (IH) cooktops. Attach the handle to move a pot, then remove it and nest the pots together for compact storage.

The 18 cm pot holds about 2.1 L (2.2 qt) and the 20 cm pot about 2.8 L (3 qt). The Tsubamesan series is made in Tsubame, Niigata, a metalworking region whose craft history reaches back centuries.
