Wahei Freiz Enzo Stainless Steel Saucepan 18cm Induction Compatible EM-013

This stainless steel saucepan is from the Tsubamesan series, made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture, an area with a long history of metalworking that grew into one of Japan's leading centers for houseware production. The pan wall is neither too thick nor too thin, which helps heat reach food evenly, and the rounded bottom is shaped to simmer ingredients gently.

The handle is resin, so it stays cooler to hold even while the pan is on the heat. It can be used on both gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops, and holds about 2.4 L (2.5 qt), making it a reliable everyday pan for a home kitchen.
