Wahei Freiz Knife and Kitchen Scissors 4-Piece Set EM-072

This four-piece Enzo set includes a santoku knife with a 165 mm (6.5 in) blade, a gyuto chef's knife with a 180 mm (7.1 in) blade, a petty knife with a 130 mm (5.1 in) blade, and kitchen scissors. All four are made in Tsubame, Niigata.

Craftsmen in the Tsubame-Sanjo region finish the knives. The blades are rust-resistant stainless steel. The hygienic resin handles are secured with three rivets for durability.

The scissors cut food, open bags, crack ginkgo nuts and walnuts, and open screw caps. Fine serrations on the blades keep meat and fish from slipping.
