This 18 cm (7.1 in) square pan from Wahei Freiz has flat, broad corners that give it more usable cooking surface than a round pan of a similar size, making it easy to arrange food such as dumplings without overlapping. The body is aluminum alloy with a stainless steel bottom, and the interior has a fluororesin non-stick coating with a marble pattern. The exterior has a baked-on finish in a natural color that suits most kitchens.
The handle has a silicone coating for a comfortable grip, and the pan includes a tempered glass lid. The knob on the lid is shaped so a turner or cooking chopsticks can rest on it. The pan can be used on induction (IH) cooktops.
