This 20 cm (7.9 in) wide pan from Wahei Freiz has a flatter, broader cooking surface than a standard frying pan, so more food can be arranged without overlapping, whether that is browning burger patties or lining up dumplings for pan-frying. The body is aluminum alloy with a stainless steel bottom, and the interior has a fluororesin non-stick coating with a marble pattern. The exterior has a baked-on finish in a natural color that suits most kitchens.
The handle has a silicone coating for a comfortable grip. The pan can be used on induction (IH) cooktops.
