The Mega Fucca Neo frying pan from Wahei Freiz is deep like a pot, so beyond frying and sauteing it can also simmer, boil, and deep-fry. This is the 20 cm (7.9 in) size.
A pour spout makes it easy to pour off liquid and is shaped to work for both right-handed and left-handed cooks. The interior has a nonstick fluororesin coating that keeps cooking and cleanup comfortable, and the coating has passed a 100,000-cycle abrasion test. Metal spatulas can be used, as long as they have rounded corners.
The pan body is aluminum alloy with a baked enamel exterior finish and a bonded stainless steel base. It measures 38.5 x 22 x 11.5 cm (15.2 x 8.7 x 4.5 in) and weighs 480 g (16.9 oz / 1.06 lb), with a brim-full capacity of 2.2 liters (2.3 qt).
