The Mega Fucca Neo frying pan from Wahei Freiz is deep like a pot, so beyond frying and sauteing it can also simmer, boil, and deep-fry. This is the 26 cm (10.2 in) size.
A pour spout makes it easy to pour off liquid and is shaped to work for both right-handed and left-handed cooks. The interior has a nonstick fluororesin coating that keeps cooking and cleanup comfortable, and the coating has passed a 100,000-cycle abrasion test. Metal spatulas can be used, as long as they have rounded corners.
The pan body is aluminum alloy with a baked enamel exterior finish and a bonded stainless steel base. It measures 47.5 x 28.5 x 12 cm (18.7 x 11.2 x 4.7 in) and weighs 700 g (24.7 oz / 1.54 lb), with a brim-full capacity of 3.7 liters (3.9 qt).
