This mesh sink basket hooks onto the edge of the sink and is used for draining washed dishes, vegetables and fruit. The fine mesh design lets you drain even small items that would otherwise slip through a wider rack.
The basket is adjustable to fit the sink, extending from about 440 mm to 560 mm (17.3 to 22 in) wide, so it can be sized to different sink openings. It is made of stainless steel and sits on synthetic rubber feet.
Using a basket like this over the sink keeps wet dishes and produce off the countertop while they drain, helping free up workspace during cooking and cleanup.
