This Wahei Freiz Mira Mite deep pan is built with a tri-ply construction: a heat-retaining stainless steel exterior layer around an aluminum core for good heat conduction, with a magnetic stainless steel base that works on induction (IH) as well as gas stovetops.

Because the aluminum core spreads heat quickly while the stainless steel holds onto it, the pan heats up fast and keeps its heat afterward, so food cooks with more even heat distribution.

This deep pan measures about 43 x 25.5 x 11.5 cm (16.9 x 10 x 4.5 in) including the handle, weighs about 1 kg (2.2 lb), and holds up to about 2.6 L (2.7 qt) to the brim.
