This 28 cm (11 in) wok pan is part of the Miramite series and is built with the same tri-ply construction as the rest of the line: an 18-8 stainless steel exterior, an aluminum alloy core, and a 16% chromium stainless steel interior, with a base about 2.2 mm (0.09 in) thick. It has a full capacity of 4.2 L (4.4 qt).

The stainless steel retains heat well while the aluminum core conducts it quickly, so the pan heats up fast and holds its temperature once hot, helping food cook evenly. The bonded three-layer base is compatible with induction (IH) cooktops.
