This beater is part of Wahei Freiz's Pan Tool silicone kitchen tool line, designed to be gentle on the non-stick coating inside frying pans. Its long head can flip food such as fish or pan-fried dumplings in one motion without breaking their shape, and the angled edge makes it convenient for breaking apart or mashing food.
The silicone surface is UV treated to help resist dust buildup, and the tip is shaped so it does not rest flat on the counter when set down, keeping it more hygienic between uses. The handle has a stainless steel core for added stiffness.
This beater is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup and is made in China.
