This turner is part of Wahei Freiz's Pan Tool silicone kitchen tool line, designed to be gentle on the non-stick coating inside frying pans. The soft silicone head has just the right amount of flex, letting it slide smoothly under food for easy flipping.
The silicone surface is UV treated to help resist dust buildup, and the tip is shaped so it does not rest flat on the counter when set down, keeping it more hygienic between uses. The handle has a nylon core for added stiffness.
This turner is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup and is made in China.
