This silicone kitchen tool is designed to be gentle on the non-stick coating of frying pans. The soft silicone head has a UV treatment that helps resist dust, and because the tip does not touch the counter when the tool is set down, it stays hygienic between uses. It is dishwasher safe.
Its long shape lets it flip even large items, such as fish or fried dumplings, in a single motion without breaking their shape, and its angle makes it useful for breaking up or mashing food.
This beater measures about 315 mm (12.4 in) in length and weighs about 63 g (2.2 oz / 0.14 lb).
