This silicone kitchen turner is designed to be gentle on the non-stick coating of frying pans. The soft silicone head has a UV treatment that helps resist dust, and because the tip does not touch the counter when the tool is set down, it stays hygienic between uses. It is dishwasher safe.
The turner head is about 12.5 cm (4.9 in) wide, letting it lift and flip food all at once, which makes it easier to handle foods that break apart easily, such as fish.
This wide turner measures about 280 mm (11 in) in length and weighs about 80 g (2.8 oz / 0.17 lb).
