Wahei Freiz Stackable Stainless Steel Prep Tray 2-Piece Set with Lid EM-051

This set of two rectangular stainless steel prep trays comes from the Enzo series, made in Tsubame, Niigata, a city long known for metalworking and housewares. The series reflects the region's pride and its roots in toolmaking.

The trays are useful for kitchen prep and for draining oil from fried foods. Stainless steel is hygienic, sturdy, and holds up to repeated use. When you prep meat or fish, the trays pick up odors less easily than plastic, so smells are less likely to linger the next time you use them.
