Wahei Freiz Stackable Stainless Steel Prep Tray 3-Piece Set with Lid EM-048

This set of stainless steel prep trays with a seal lid comes from the Enzo series, made in Tsubame, Niigata, a city long known for metalworking and housewares.

The trays are useful for kitchen prep and for draining oil from fried foods. Stainless steel is hygienic, sturdy, and holds up to repeated use. When you prep meat or fish, the trays pick up odors less easily than plastic, so smells are less likely to linger the next time you use them.

Each tray measures 25.5 x 21 x 3.5 cm (10 x 8.3 x 1.4 in) and weighs 330 g (11.6 oz / 0.73 lb). The polyethylene seal lid weighs 30 g (1.1 oz / 0.07 lb). The trays nest together for compact storage. The set includes two trays and one seal lid. Made in Japan.
