Wahei Freiz Stackable Stainless Steel Prep Tray 6-Piece Set with Lid EM-050

This six-piece set of stainless steel prep trays comes from the Enzo series, made in Tsubame, Niigata, a city long known for metalworking and housewares.

The set covers everything from kitchen prep to draining oil from fried foods, and the included rack is handy for that job. Stainless steel is hygienic, sturdy, and holds up to repeated use. When you prep meat or fish, the trays pick up odors less easily than plastic, so smells are less likely to linger.

Each tray measures 25.5 x 21 x 3.5 cm (10 x 8.3 x 1.4 in) and weighs 330 g (11.6 oz / 0.73 lb). The seal lid weighs 30 g (1.1 oz / 0.07 lb), and the rack weighs 60 g (2.1 oz / 0.13 lb).
