This all stainless steel scum skimmer is a simple kitchen tool for lifting foam and scum off simmering broths, soups, and stocks while you cook. Because it is made entirely of stainless steel, it resists heat well and does not easily pick up stains or odors from one dish to the next, so the same skimmer can move between different kinds of cooking without carrying flavors or colors over.
The sturdy metal construction is built to hold up to everyday use in the kitchen. It measures about 29.4 x 9 x 7.6 cm (11.6 x 3.5 x 3 in) and weighs about 70 g (2.5 oz), making it light and easy to maneuver over a pot while skimming.
