This stainless steel skimmer is a practical kitchen tool for frying and simmered dishes. It is made entirely of stainless steel, so it withstands heat and holds up well to daily use, and it will not pick up color or odor from food.
The flat, mesh-like scoop is designed for lifting fried food out of oil and skimming froth from simmering liquids. It measures about 30.5 x 10 x 8 cm (12 x 3.9 x 3.1 in) and weighs about 90 g (3.2 oz / 0.20 lb).
