Wahei Freiz Uniline Stainless Steel Tabletop Foam Skimmer UNI-31

This is the tabletop foam skimmer from the Wahei Freiz Uniline series of stainless steel kitchen tools. It is used to remove foam and scum from simmering broth, including at the table during hot pot meals.

The skimmer is formed in one piece with no seams or joints, so there are no gaps where food can collect and it is easy to wash. Stainless steel is strong and resists rust, so the skimmer is made for long use.

It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
