This stainless slicer set from the Vitamin Island line by Wahei Freiz adds variety to vegetable prep, making it easy to slice, julienne, grate, or cut garnish-style strips (tsuma) from cucumber, carrot, daikon, and similar vegetables.
The set includes a slicer, a julienne/tsuma blade, a grater, and a Santoku peeler, plus a safety holder so you can keep slicing food safely down to the last small piece.
