Wahei Freiz X-Edge Diamond Knife Sharpener Standard EM-9334

This X-Edge diamond knife sharpener restores the edge on knives that have lost their sharpness. It has a two-stage whetstone, a coarse stage followed by a finishing stage, for sharpening double-beveled kitchen knives.

The handle is shaped for a secure grip, and silicone rubber feet on the base help keep the sharpener steady while in use.

This sharpener cannot be used on single-edged knives, specialty knives such as bread knives or thin-blade knives, knives thicker than 3.5 mm (0.1 in), or ceramic knives. It is meant to put a new edge on both sides of a dulled knife and cannot repair a blade with visible chips. It measures about 20.3 x 6.3 x 5.2 cm (8 x 2.5 x 2 in) and weighs about 210 g (7.4 oz).
