Wahei Freiz Yakizutsumi All-Purpose Grill Pan Rectangular YR-5191

This all purpose grill pan lets you cook fish, yakitori, mochi, and grilled rice balls on a gas stove with the smoky flavor of charcoal grilling. The inner net is infused with ceramic, and its far infrared effect helps hold moisture in the food so it cooks up tender and full of flavor.

The grill net has a fluororesin coating that resists sticking, which makes cleanup after cooking easy. This pan is for gas stovetops only, and if your stove has a temperature sensor (SI sensor), switch the sensor function off before use.
