Wahei Freiz Yakizutsumi Ceramic Coated Fish Grill Basket YR-3961

This fish grill basket is designed for use on a gas stovetop. The lower tray contains ceramic and uses infrared heat to help hold in the food's natural moisture, keeping the flavor locked in for a fluffy, well-cooked result. The upper grill has a fluororesin coating that resists sticking, which makes cleanup easy after cooking. Brushing a little oil onto the grill before cooking reduces sticking even further.

The handle is designed to stay cool and comfortable to hold while cooking. This basket is for gas stovetops only. On stoves with an SI sensor, the sensor can be overridden for use, though this only works on models that include a sensor-disable function.
