Yoshikawa Mieru Wooden Handle Saucepan 18cm SJ3816

This Yoshikawa saucepan is a traditional yukihira-style pot made in Japan, featuring a natural wood handle and a glass lid so you can watch food cook without lifting the lid. It is compatible with induction (IH) cooktops.

The body is made of 18-0 stainless steel with a 1.0 mm (0.04 in) thick base, and the pot has pour spouts on both sides of the rim for easy pouring from either hand. Clear, easy-to-read volume markings are printed inside the pan to help with measuring liquids while cooking.

This 18 cm (7.1 in) saucepan measures 34 x 19.5 x 12.2 cm (13.4 x 7.7 x 4.8 in), weighs about 700 g (24.7 oz / 1.54 lb), and holds up to 1.7 liters (1.8 qt) when filled to the brim.
