Yoshikawa Mieru Wooden Handle Saucepan 20cm SJ3817

This Yoshikawa saucepan is a traditional yukihira-style pot made in Japan, featuring a natural wood handle and a glass lid so you can watch food cook without lifting the lid. It is compatible with induction (IH) cooktops.

The body is made of 18-0 stainless steel with a 1.0 mm (0.04 in) thick base, and the pot has pour spouts on both sides of the rim for easy pouring from either hand. Clear, easy-to-read volume markings are printed inside the pan to help with measuring liquids while cooking.

This 20 cm (7.9 in) saucepan measures 37 x 21.7 x 13.3 cm (14.6 x 8.5 x 5.2 in), weighs about 830 g (29.3 oz / 1.83 lb), and holds up to 2.3 liters (2.4 qt) when filled to the brim.
