This flat colander is made of sturdy 18-8 stainless steel and measures 22 cm (8.7 in) across. It stands on small feet, which keep food from sitting directly on the counter or sink surface, and a wire handle lets you hang it on a hook or carry it easily.
It is useful for draining oil, rinsing food, blanching fish, and other everyday kitchen tasks. Made in Japan.
