This premium butter case cuts and stores butter in one step. Place a 200 g (7.1 oz) block on the wire plate and press down firmly with the lid. It cuts the butter into thin pieces of about 5 g (0.2 oz) without getting your hands messy.
The wire plate is stronger than the one in earlier models. The lid closes snugly with an airtight seal to help keep butter fresh in the refrigerator, so the amount you need is always ready.
A dedicated aluminum alloy butter knife is included. Its pick-shaped tip lifts out the cut pieces easily, and you can spread the butter with the same knife. Made in Japan.
