Akebono Quick Cut Butter Case with Mini Scraper ST-3008

This butter cutting case removes the wait for butter to soften at room temperature. It cuts cold, hard butter straight from the refrigerator.

Place a 200 g (7.1 oz) block on the wire plate and press down firmly with the lid. The case cuts the butter into thin pieces of about 5 g (0.2 oz) without getting your hands messy. The airtight lid closes snugly to help keep the butter fresh during storage in the refrigerator.

A polypropylene mini scraper is included. Made in Japan by Akebono Sangyo.
