Akebono Wide Stir Fry Rice Paddle Spatula Clear CH-2073

This wide stir-fry paddle stir-fries, serves and flips food. It is the wide version of Akebono's stir-fry rice paddle.

It is made of TPX, a highly water-repellent resin. TPX is heat resistant and durable, so the paddle holds up to cooking in a wok or frying pan.

The paddle face has the maker's double emboss texture: large bumps covered with finer bumps. This texture reduces contact with food and helps keep it from sticking. The paddle is dishwasher safe. Made in Japan.
